What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, home address, city, and your answers to qualification questions (such as how you cool your home and your approximate utility bill range). We also collect standard technical data (device type, pages visited) through basic analytics.

How we use it

• To contact you about the home energy check you requested — by phone call and text message, including via automated technology if you gave consent on the form
• To determine whether your home fits the products and programs we offer
• To schedule and confirm appointments you request

What we don't do

• We do not sell your information to third parties
• We do not share your information except with service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting) or as required by law

Text messaging

If you consent to receive texts, message frequency varies, and message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by replying STOP to any text or contacting us at the email below. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information; we honor these requests.

Data retention

We keep lead information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it.
